MicroCap MarketPlace (MCMP) respects your privacy and provides the following regarding our website’s privacy policy. By submitting your contact information through this web site, you represent that the email address you entered is yours or controlled by you and consent to receiving future communications from MCMP and/or its affiliates. From time to time we may forward information, including special offers from selected partners who offer products, services or information which we believe may be of interest. We hope you value any information you receive from us. However, you may choose to opt-out at any time by following the instructions provided in each email.

MCMP works to insure the integrity and security of our network and systems. MCMP cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining access to web site information.

Information Obtained.  When you join MicroCap MarketPlace or otherwise register with us, we obtain information including your name and e-mail address, and/or phone number, and address as well as any other information you may provide.   We utilize this information to process your subscription, to respond to individual inquiries and/or to provide you with the information that you requested. By providing your contact information you consent to the establishment of an “opt-in business relationship” between you and MCMP.

Cancelling Your Membership.  You may cancel your subscription to MicroCap MarketPlace at any time.  If you cancel within the first 90 days, you will be refunded 100% of the subscription fees you paid.  If you cancel at any time after that, you will be refunded the prorated balance of your subscription.  You may cancel by emailing [email protected].

Changes to This Policy.  This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, at MCMP’s sole discretion.  We expect that most changes will be minor.  However, from time to time the changes can be significant.  In either case, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our website home page.  The date of the last revision to our Privacy Policy appears at the end of this notice.
